This 18-unit multi-family project was purchased in 2011, during the great recession at the Miami Dade Foreclosure Auction. It was repositioned and combined with the adjacent lot, and held for a total of 4 years, during which time the NOI was tripled, and ultimately sold in 2015 providing a 10x multiple on equity.
